We know you may have some questions for us. If we don’t answer your questions in the FAQs below, feel

Artificial grass requires very little maintenance and the frequency of
maintenance/ cleaning will be dependent upon the turf use. A pet free low traffic area may
accumulate leaves and dust, this would be addressed by using a leaf blower to remove debris
and a garden hose, or your existing sprinkler system, work well to remove anything else that
may accumulate. If your turf is used by pets, pick up solid waste and urine and residue can
be rinsed off with water. Rinse as frequently as needed to avoid odors. We suggest to have
your turf area professionally groomed periodically, the frequency needed would be dependent
upon the traffic level of your turf. A maintenance plan can be determined with your salesman
and adjusted as necessary!
Absolutely! Synthetic turf is used in numerous applications such as
daycares, playgrounds, animal hospitals and kennels, as well as many homeowners with both
children and pets. The fibers used in our artificial grass have no traceable amounts of lead
and are also made of a recyclable material. The kids are free to continue playing in the
yard and the dogs can roll and play without causing a muddy mess in your backyard!
Each install is unique. A typical residential installation will average
1-3 days from start to finish and this will be determined by numerous factors not limited to
yard size, accessibility, and drainage issues. The most basic description of our
installation process begins with removing existing aggregate, installing our proven base
system, laying the grass followed by infill and a brush up! Your salesman will be able to
provide you with a duration time frame when quoting your project.
Yes, we offer a one year installation warranty that is detailed in our
Installation Agreement Contract. Our artificial grass carries an industry standard
manufacturers warranty of 15 years.
We accept cash, check, bank transfer and most major credit cards. Most
projects will require a deposit to secure your booking with the balance payable upon
completion of the work. We also offer financing through Wells Fargo.
Yes. Many synthetic grass applications are installed without much regard
to the use for the area with the assumption that all turf is the same or there is a very
limited variety available. Low activity, mid-level activity, and high traffic areas all have
different artificial grass varieties available that would best suit the use. For example, in
a low traffic area it can be assumed that the most important thing is the aesthetic of the
product. In this scenario you can go with a softer, lower density product that may not be as
durable and would be a terrible choice for a high traffic area that requires a stronger,
higher density product.
